Lead Frame Straightening
This process is vital because any deviation from flatness can lead to issues in the subsequent assembly and packaging processes, potentially affecting the performance and reliability of the final semiconductor product.
- Straightening Machine – We build our straightening machine and process to flattening the Pre-molded Lead Frame. The machine apply controlled mechanical forces to flatten the Lead Frames. These machines utilize rollers to achieve the desired flatness. This machine settings are carefully calibrated to avoid damaging the delicate structures of the Lead Frames while ensuring precision in straightening.
- Measurement and Quality Control – After straightening, the Lead Frames undergo a rigorous measurement process to ensure they meet the specified flatness and dimensional tolerances. Tools such as micrometers, optical measuring devices are used for this purpose.
- Packaging and Handling – Finally, the straightened Lead Frames are carefully packaged to prevent any deformation during transportation and storage.
